BIM Services:

3d coordination (BIM) drawings are becoming the new coordination standard for the HVAC industry.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) or 3D modeling is the creation of parametric, or intelligent, 3D models instead of 2D perspective ‘un-intelligent’ drawings. A BIM operates on a digital database and any change made to this database is reflected throughout the entire drawing not just inside one page of a drawing.  BIM drawings can be imported into Navisworks for collision detection with not only other trades but also the building itself.
