We can provide an Estimate for your any of your projects, listed below are the items needed to provide an “Estimate”.
1. Contract drawings of proposed scope of work
2. Specifications of Division 15 duct construction and piping
3. Our scope of work. Shop drawings, As-Built, ductwork, piping, spool drawings, BIM, coordination meetings.
4. If any coordination meetings attendance is needed and how many would be required to be attend for coordination services.
These basic items will help us provide an Estimate for your project. Estimates are prepared with the basic assumptions that architects and engineers have provided adequate spacing for mechanical systems inside ceiling spaces, duct chases and mechanical rooms. If conflicts arise before or during shop drawing production that have major conflicts; we will make you aware if there is going to be any additional cost associated with major revisions changes.
Not Included in Price Unless Noted Otherwise:
Cost of travel and per dim cost. (unless noted)
Reproduction of background drawings
On site field measurements
Excessive revisions of systems before or during production including after submitting of shop drawings
Excessive changes or revisions from architect, engineer or other mechanical trades.
*Basic coordination revisions are included in any Estimates and only “excessive changes” will have to be addressed with possible change order.
